What do you mean by finger slipping? In order to accidentaly hit that "ban user" button, you would have to fall out of your chair and "slip" your arm so that your mouse would land on that button. Then as you get back up you would have to slam your hand down on the mouse.
So, on a completley unrelated note, do you prefer to watch anime with english audio, or with japanese audio with english subtitles?

I prefer English subtitles with original audio. Since I can't stand bastardized "Americanized" dialog and horrible voice acting. Even if I do have trouble reading at times I still prefer the subtitles. But if the English voices and dialog stay true to the Japanese one, I'll sometimes use that.
