History of the Bedn

At one point Josh came to the site and would always seem to find it funny to post as sentence like this:

"Hye thsi is Josh Bedn...let me has some cadny!"

Eventually it stuck and he became known as Bedn instead of Josh. Bedn's early behavior on Newgrounds has awarded him much infamy. He was known for hacking/stealing accounts(StrawberryClock and illwillpress being the most known incidents), commiting crimes, and several incidents brought to light by BaconBurgerClock which annoyed the hell out of the Fulps. Bedn has also been to jail for violating parole.

Bedn appears to have moved on from this type of behavior however, and negative perceptions of him appear to be wanning as a result. Until Josh came back recently lots of people just thought he was a myth man who never came. Kind of like smosh and SMPfilms.
The Candy Incident

The candy incident, as it turns out, was very overblown. While technically candy wasn't stolen, it was really a big accident. Bedn and his friend were drunk and, unthinkingly, ate some candy before paying for it. Forced to pay, they came up 12 cents short. It isn't known if the person forcing them to pay was agitated by their behavior, or just being a dick, but he called the police. What exactly happened next is unclear, Bedn didn't go to jail but had apparently applied for a Giant® Food Store Discount card using the name Tom Fulp, leading to false reports to the police that he was Tom by the manager. Because he was high this was probably just a jest or a joke, rather than a deliberate, malacious act as it is often perceived.
Bedn as a meme

Bedn is a popular NG meme as well as an actual user. He has appeared in countless photoshops and people made some tribute/parady flashes about him as well. People are often bullied for not knowing who Bedn is, that is a bannable offence.

The not so brief history of strawberryclock

StrawberryClock is the creator of B and the inspiration behind the Clock Crew. Loved by some and hated by others, the last time he was seen was Clock Day 2007. He got infamous by deliberately submitting crap movies to piss people off. It started with a minor joke about the live action grinch movie and initially wasn't trolling, but rather CoolBoyMan posted it on an alt in case it got protected so it wouldn't effect his batting average. After reading the inflammatory reviews and finding them hilarious, he decided to submit more crappy movies under the StrawberryClock handle.

StrawberryClock is actually an alt of Coolboyman. Coolboyman has also not been seen on Newgrounds in a long time. The reason behind StrawberryClock's disappearance is, as revealed in an interview, his account was later hacked by Bedn in 2001.

One day SBC created a flash called A. It didn't pass although the reviews were supposedly funny. He decided so try again with a B. "B" was a red B that was close to the center of the screen. On august 15th it was submitted to the portal, and it passed and later got Turd of the Week.

This wasn't actually a single Flash entry, but rather several. Most of them, including one which reportedly made the top 50 were blammed by the admins. Apparently, quit a few users at the time were actually gullible enough to believe that they would actually get free porn if they voted 5 on these.
Retirement

CoolBoyMan eventually got tired of the craze. He actually said that he doesn't mind seeing clocks still around, but rather got annoyed by how often people bothered him about it. Either way, he has no will to continue the clock craze himself and wishes to distance himself from it. He has not been seen in a long time.
